Help! Forgot which is the tether and which is the lineman belt

The title says it all. I'm not sure it really matters but I've got the Tethrd Mantis and the two ropes that came with it are both green/black. One has a smaller loop than the other. I've been using the smaller looped rope as the tether. But while I was hanging out waiting on a deer the other day my mind got to wandering and I started second guessing myself. Seems like the smaller looped rope makes sense to be tether, to me anyway. But thought I'd double check anyways. Thanks!

Both interchangeable really, the larger loop may be so it's easy to girth hitch to a linesman loop.
 
The tether has a 5” loop for girth hitching to the tree. It allows you to pass the carabiner and prusik through the loop. The lineman’s belt has a 2” loop.
