Help with climbing sticks for attaching to JX3 Hybrid

I’m trying to come a climbing system that will attach time my JX3 on the walk in the woods. I’m wanting to use a set of double step climbing sticks for stability and safety. I’ve got a set of the newer muddy pro’s but they stagger stack and the way the steps fold when my boot accidentally hits them while climbing is a little sketchy.

Does anyone have experience with something like this for their JX3?

I’m wondering if the stacked outdoors sticks wouldn’t strap to the back of the hybrid relatively well. I also saw this YouTube video below, where a guy modded a set of API’s to stack relatively well with no stagger. I’m also thinking about the new LWCG double step sticks that are supposed to eventually come out. Just thought I’d see if anyone has experience. I’m not really interested in single sticking at the moment.

Thanks in advance,

Sit back crack a beer & enjoy

My beast sticks stack great between the seat and seat back.

Yep, it looks like beast sticks are the clear winner from the “Just a crush” thread. I may have to look at other options cuz I don’t know if my old football knees can make that 22 inch step to step distance.

I use the stacked outdoors sticks with the hybrid and they work very well. They will fit between the seat or you can just set them on the top and they will sit there while you walk

Thank you sir. I was considering giving those a shot. I ordered some of the API Hunt’n sticks last night, and am gonna try leaving those at full length and strapping them to the back. If they are absolutely too wide, which they may be at 30 something inches, then I think the stacked may be my best shot. I really appreciate all you guys giving me your feedback and experience

Lone wolf 24” with rotating standoffs just lay perfectly in between frame and seat.
