Note: I 've seen this work on MOST other websites days too. And doesn't work for many of us here on this site because we all asses to need instant gratification.
For Heroclip:
Go directly the manufacturers or retailers website, add items to the cart, start the purchase order, to the point you have created an account or entered you email. Then just stop, after a week or two you'll get a reminder that you have items in the cart, then they'll keep emailing you with a discount to incentive a sale, in this case, 2 weeks, 10% off my cart.
