Hickory Creek Mini In-Line Vertical Crossbow

I put lock washers On the allen bolts where the scope mount meets the stock, and blue locktite as @bj139 suggested throughout the rest of the scope mount and rail(once I had it dialed in I scratched markes for line up, then dissassembled and added loctite,.. I havent had any issues.

The biggest issue is the joint to take the bow apart. In my opinion the joint on the big bow is superior to the mini. Everything else can be corrected for. I haven’t spent a bunch of time, but I’ve yet to figure out an improvement for the mini that still lets you break it down.

Mine had a hole drilled and tapped to tighten this connection when I bought it used. Let me look for a photo. I may have to take one.
Edit: You can see the head of the bolt sticking out from under the disassembly knob toward the rear end of the bow. I usually just finger tighten it and then the knob. I can see the bow becoming inaccurate if the knob were to loosen but I guess not on mine.

This is probably true... I have not had any issues with the join loosening on the full size.
