HOT Weather Scent Control

Maybe smoke your clothes and hope that the smoke smell covers up u sweaty bum?

I dont know....its not always the case but living and hunting so close to the ocean makes the wind pretty predictable. All u guys inland that get the swirler winds I dont know what u guys can do

Can't wait to hear how this goes...

Oh, I'm completely on the fence about it. But my friend is pretty squared away and I looked it up to be sure. If it works one morning my wife is gonna get up early before I leave to see me painting myself in ash by the firepit like a wildman. She'll think I've lost it :).

Remember, pics or it didn't happen. :)

Well from my experience hunting here in sunny Florida, I try to just take it easy getting to wherever I’m hunting. Start out with clean scent free washed clothing, dress in field at truck, try not to break a sweat going in. This approach has been working for me and I do it every time I hunt. Can’t always count on the wind. It’s hardly ever constant. Gulf breezes will have it coming from different directions sometimes . It’s not uncommon for it to shift multiple times in a hunt. I just try my best to hunt the wind best I can and minimize my scent and hunt high as I can without jeopardizing my shots. I just control what I can and let the rest be what it is. I also find that if I don’t over hunt an area I might get away a lil more.

Me and a padna of mine put our clothes in our backpack and walked in the woods with only our boxers and boots. Definitely would have been a Kodak moment. Once we got a couple hundred yards from our stand wipe clean with those scent free wipes - got dressed and hunted.
I truly believe your entry and exit is crucial no matter what the conditions are. I always try to hunt an area where I walk in downwind of the area I’m hunting and never go to my favorite spot on bad conditions
