Don't disagree with you but this conversation is universal, everyone's gotta go. I have had this exact conversation with my wife who really would like to get into hunting.. She has a small bladder and we have 2 kids so holding it for a long period of time is not a option for her. After a bit of conversation and research we think a shewee or a gogirl would work for her.
I will try to describe this as "clean" as possible and mention it has not been done by her yet and we both agreed if a mistake is made it will get messy and she will be changing clothes before she gets in my truck ... Anyways go into a leaning position put on the device and put the tube in a bottle and go, having some TP and some water to flush the device out would be pretty important as well.... the process for guys is the same minus the clean up at the end unless you have poor aim.

Couple important notes: Don't pee where you will be lowering your bow or any other equipment ...And don't pee into the wind!
Another advantage platform
Just keep your right foot on the platform and hang from your tether. Swing your left leg back in open air so it clears the stream. I have to be careful not to lower my pack into the puddle on the ground.I need some practice. Tried it for the first time last weekend. Rotated to the left and as the stream weakened, I peed right on my left arcteryx knee cap. Gotta just get comfortable that sometimes the outcome may be different than the intent and roll with it.

Lady hunter here- I concurWe have a growing population of lady Saddle Hunters. It is time to stop stereotyping saddle hunters as men. We are adults here, you will be able to figure this question out.
