How to post pictures in Direct Message

If memory serves me correctly, the forum is not set up to allow images in DMs. Turning that option on would ramp up the data requirements for the forum (aka increase costs).
 
This a good candidate for a sticky or is this already stickied somewhere? I was also wondering how to add pics to dm’s recently so maybe others.

Tapatalk auto resizes pics too so they fit within file size restrictions that most forums use.
One thing with Tapatalk (at least the free version that I use) will have "upload failures" with pics. I get it almost 100% of the time on my 1st few tries with a pic. I just keep retrying and it usually works around the 3rd or 4th try. Strange thing is once the 1st pic loads then subsequent pics load on the 1st try when I attach multiple pics to a post or PM.
