How would you hunt this buck?

Discovered a spot where a buck is bedding. The small area outlined in red is super thick cover with a bunch of small trees closely spaced. I bumped a buck out of the north end of that bedding, and found some big rubs running through that whole area. However you can’t see into that area at all without walking into it. The larger area outlined in red is a cornfield. The yellow marker is where I could potentially hang from. Between the corn and the bedding is also super thick brush, and on the south side of the bedding area is a field of tall grass. My question is, if you were hunting this buck, how would you do it?

Can you tell where he is coming out into the field? Have you tried climbing that tree and seeing what the view looks like.?

Going out to climb the tree today, seems like there’s a couple paths from bedding going down to the corn that I would be able to see from the tree. But there are also paths leading into that bedding area from all sides. I have a feeling he’s going in on the southeast side mainly, and using the path down to the corn. Also, potentially accessing it on the west side. I have a feeling I’m going to need to hunt it tomorrow to get a better idea of where he’s moving in and out of there, but visibility into there will be low unless he walks from the bedding into the corn.

What is North on that map? What is the normal wind for this time of year? Where is the lowest elevation closest to the bed. Is there a low spot in the field right beside the bed?

Im not sure which way is North, but if its me I am going to sit an observation stand in the corner of the corn field to the bottom left of the screen and then one in the right hand corner of the corn field. I would want to try to see what caliber of buck he was and where was he entering the corn. I would also want to see how many other deer are coming in to the corn field from this direction. If its a bunch, its going to be tough to get in, set up and not get busted by does. I would assume the road/trail that runs length wise along the field will act like a barrier (Him not wanting to cross it in daylight) and the "road" between the corn field and the field to the right will do the same if he is a mature buck. If I could see where he was coming from I would walk in to the middle of the cornfield, take a 90 degree turn and go straight to my tree. I would not walk the edge of the cornfield. I would get as close to the bed as possible. If I was not seeing him enter the field I would throw an observation sit on the filed to the bottom. If I still didnt see him I would set up where your Red rub tree is but maybe a little more in the middle of that funnel.
