If you could keep only one...

Kestrel. Tried a bunch but always go back to my first. It just feels right and fits me perfect.

If I had to choose orig AH Kestrel Flex in predator fall grey (love that pattern) with predator rope adjustable bridge tied in a schwabisch and attached via a carabiner... bridge can be used as alternate LB to go around limbs.

I just like to spread the JX3 gospel, and yes I do copy and paste and sometimes it is more than once a month.........
 
There's a lot of good ones out there. My go to mostly has been the Tactisaddle especially for early season. Will hunt with the Notch Floating D this year too.

Modified Recon, no leg straps and no waist belt. Just got heavy duty webbing and made a longer bridge then took the tags ends on either side and connected those to my 1” austrailpin buckle. So small it fits into my leg cargo pocket. I keep that in one leg pocket and my tether in the other on the walk in.

Can't agree more.


BUT this might change after the season if I find that my DIY JX3/Guido is more comfortable. I'm a realist. But I'm never selling the Recon for sentimental reason.
