Impromptu edge quality

You can find 8 1/2" x 11" Fine Linen Paper 25% cotton in stationary aisle at Wally World. Roll it tightly into a 3/4" x 11" stick and strop away. I used it to deburr tooling for years.
 
I had access to a very high powered microscope to compare edges with and this tip was given to me from an old world European Tool Maker, many years ago. He also recommended following that up with Rosewood strop, but I found not enough benefit to that.
