Has anyone here used instamorph to either mod or create anything I’m wanting to know how strong it really is and how well it’ll bond to metal

I've used to create caps for spurs and to make hooks for my climbing sticks. It's extremely string in my opinion. Not sure what you are planning to make but to my knowledge it doesn't bond to anything. It may if you fully encapsulated the metal.

I have leggy bayou steps and I intend to use them as a ros but instead of having a solid loop for the strap to go through they just have two vertical hooks so I was going to use the instamorph as a way to keep the strap inside of the hooks it wouldn’t actually be holding any weight so I’m really not concerned about the safety aspect of just if it would work or not and hold up to the test of time as well

It’s a different kind of situation from that my steps will actually fall off of the strap if they are moved around enough
