Ironwill and Sirius Orion issue

Hey all, just to let you know, Ironwill broad heads and sirius Orion arrow outserts are not compatible.
After reaching out to each of the companies (who both have been prompt and polite in their response) both of them are blaming the other for the incompatibility. I’m not sure which is the problem (since my orions work with other broadheads and the iron will work with other ourserts) but just a heads up if you’re planning on buying Orions if you want to use with Iron will BHs or vice versa.

see below. Field point and cutthroat work fine. The iron will will not screw in. However, the Iron wills do screw in fine to my black eagle instinct outserts for my trad bow

I had the same problem with my ethics inserts and the iron will broadheads. They seem prone to bottoming out in inserts/outserts that have a solid base. I believe ethic is who makes the components for Sirius archery. So this may be your problem. I contacted ethics and ordered some 5 grain point weight washers to fix this issue. They also make 10 and 15 grain washers as well. Hope this helps.

Not wanting to take away from OP but I just got my victory RIP TKO and the iron will is not seating all the way.
the second pic is ethics .267 footer/endcap. And it doesn’t seat either.
first time “trying to build arrows” what did I order wrong?

I’d write iron will and tell them.. I did that and they gave me a return label.
