Tried Hank Shaws Jägerschnitzel made with deer heart tonight. Pretty good, both my girls loved it. Also made goose legs with my own recipe not bad but a bit too salty.

I made the same recipe of Hank's this past weekend. Everyone at the table cleaned their plate and my wife has already made it a point for me to ask for the venison hearts of my hunting buddies who dont want theirs. My 2 year old couldnt get enough of Hank's simple seared kidney recipe and we're looking forward to making braunschweiger (liverwurst) soon!
