Winkler makes a nice knife. Tapered tang makes it feel light. I had one a few years ago and lost it. Jist bought another last week. Awsome knife. Kydex wrapped in leather sheath. I have 2 Dawson raiders also. He has changed his style a few years ago. I like the older Dawson's better. I think his son took over. Brt bladeworks ( Ben Tendick)also makes nice knives.

Hard to get - but the Speedgoat- Montana Knife Company | Made in the USA has served me well for all my outdoor pursuits.
This one has been calling my name but I know there are so many that cost way less and I always hate the thought of something tragic happening to an expensive blade.
