Kuiu Venture 2300

it finally arrived. My initial impression was that the pack seemed super small until I got all the straps undone. I was super impressed on how tight it packs down. Next was how long the compression straps actually get: another A+. The last thing I did was throw a 30 pound sand bag in it and I wore it around the house for 25 min while I fed the dogs and got the kids to bed. Handled the weight better than my more expensive osprey multi day pack. All in all so far I’m super happy with it so far.

My 2300 pack is awesome! I carry my beast stand on it and 3 sticks working great. I think it's the best pack for carrying stands and sticks.

Just snagged a 2300 a moment ago. Hoping to use it here in NY for colder sits when I’m packing layers. I grabbed a medium, hopefully it fits well. I’m about 5’7” and 147#

I just had mine out today, I have zero complaints and nothing but good things to say.

My 2300 is small and I'm 5'5 and 130 fits perfectly awesome! It's medium not small just checked! This is what my setup looks like with beast stand on 2300 pack.Screenshot_20220704-193057_Gallery.jpg

I've got one. In my mind Kuiu died when Jason did.
I've ran several of there larger packs and the only one I still have and use is the 2300. It's not noisy and holds all my gear from early to late season. Doubt I'll ever get rid of it.

Hey @ketch22 your pack and sticks looks like a sweet setup! Makes me regret returning mine. Pack was super nice but I wanted meat hauling. I wish I would have just kept it for other things!

Thanks man, if I were meat hauling I’d definitely have gotten a different pack, but for my style it can’t be beat, it doesn’t even feel like I’m carrying a pack

I’d like to bet you could throw a quarter on top of you gear then pack it out. Then go back in for the rest with the venture. Might not be as comfortable but you’re talking 30-40 a trip wouldn’t be bad. If someone doesn’t mind two trips

Ypure probably right, but I’m never far enough where a drag isn’t possible. Plus when I am far, it’s during rifle season and I’ve got a crew to help if need be.
