Looking for advice! Getting into a saddle setup this upcoming fall season. Looking at both the method and the workhorse saddles! Both seem great and I think either would be a good fit for me but looking for some thoughts or opinions from you guys for one or the other!

I've personally hunted out of both single panel and 2 panel saddles and made both as well. Anything 2 panel in my opinion is more comfortable. The belt on the method 2 is rope vs other brands having a metal buckle so less risk of metal on metal contact. Best course of action is to see if there is somewhere local that you could try them on.

A friend and I have been using the method 2 for a couple of seasons now and we're both happy with the comfort. I think the longest site either of us have had is around 4 hours. I originally thought I'd want a back band but haven't found that necessary .

I particularly like the lack of metal. This year I have removed the factory bridge in favor of a JRB design which can be adjusted under load.

Look at Ape Canyon Outfitters woods deluxe or Buzzard roost. I have the Ape Canyon Pioneer saddle and love it for a single panel!
