Thank you for reaching out. The new .5 will now have all of the edges smoothed out and will also include a pre-drilled hole to install our new bow holder. We have also come out with new seat pads to provide you guys with more comfort. So we offer the seat pad in both thick and thin now!

My two week old one isn’t bad and I got the thick pad (+$20) but the edges are blatantly smoothed or angled nor did I see the hole for bow holder (which I also bought).

I was told 2 week wait, and that was a week ago......but you know how that goes sometimes...2 weeks turns into a month and so on.

Yeah the edges don't look any different than my .5 from last year! I'm waiting for delivery of my .5 I ordered a week ago just before they were out of stock. I was hoping the edges were better. Thanks for the picture's
 
Makes sense. I had an original 1.0 and will say the new .5 has little sharpness in comparison. Not worried about straps.

The new 1.0s, per the show, have that chamfer. I have one ordered and will post pics when received

What does that bring the width to if you remove those outer sections on both sides? I've told at least one member/friend that I wish they would make a .75, essentily 1.0 seat height and plathform length with .5 width. If I knew it could be done I'd order one right now.
