LWCG Ambush Platform

I got an email that my money was being refunded. Still waiting for it to hit my card.
 
I received my refund today.

The platform was delivered to LWCG on 11/25 today is 12/14.

Granted there was a holiday in between. That was nearly 3 weeks for a refund. Way to long IMO...

Pretty bad for a business. There was a holiday 1 day. Once they received it should of been a max of a max of 2-3 business days for a refund they took 14 business days.

If your company is going to take back seat to a hobby for all of your employees you should rethink having a business...

Ain’t mad at ya for your opinion, just disagree. All this stuff is a niche business & fairly custom. Most of these places don’t have a dedicated person on the phone they’re multitasking & making it work. Maybe this is just evidence of a fledgling business. I like supporting this industry, I just thought the turnaround was fairly typical. I think most online amazon style models are quicker but that’s not what we’re talking about........
 
They issued my refund within 48 hours of receiving my platform. My institution took 7 days to process the funds and add them back to my account. Something to keep in mind, all institutions have different processing times. Not on either side..just thought I'd point that out...I looked and my debit card agreement says they can take up to 30 days....

The platform I returned was delivered and signed for at LWCG 11/25. I received an email saying my return was being refunded. 12/11 this morning I got notification from my credit card company it was refunded.

It’s done. All that matters at this point.

Huh, interesting. I got the email feom shopify payments that my refund was processed within 48 hours likeni said. All LWCG really had to do was literally push a button in their website bckend. Wasn't saying it was specifically your situation, just that my institution sucKs and others might too. Glad you've got it all squared away (finally).
