LWCG Ambush Platform

I think they will be shipping out of Michigan... I had to pay MI sales tax as I'm within the state, so I'm hoping to see mine Monday.

Hard to tell with their stupid, dramatic lighting, but it looks like the stand has built-in hookup points to facilitate using the platform's csm strap to cinch down the sticks.View attachment 19989
it would be different if on both sides you could see the jets marks....then it would seem intentional but they are only on one side so its just crumby manufacturing

Got mine that they created the label. Says please allow 1-2 business days to begin tracking?

It could take up to that time--but it will start tracking as soon as ups scans it. Which I'm guessing will be at their pickup time by EOD today.

Glad they are shipping and I look forward to the reviews.

Can’t help but think they may have missed an opportunity if they still have units available out of 150. With the growth of saddle hunting, they either missed a huge opportunity or something else is going on.

How have they missed an opportunity? They are going to sell out of their first batch of products within a week, I would guess. They're shipping that batch out in a timely manner.

I don't think saddlehunters are their main focus, but they're offering an apparently pretty desirable product.

Things are definitely not going terrible for them. Just feel like they may have left some meat on the bone since they didn’t sell out of 150 units immediately with the growth saddle hunting has seen.

I’m no business expert though. Just going off what other saddle hunting products and their demand have seen.

I infinitely prefer this to the way some other products have launched. I'm sure if they liked the first bite, they'll come back for seconds.

They are selling their products faster than they can make them. Without seeing their internal numbers it'd be tough to say that they're leaving any more meat on the bone than any of the other backordered vendors. If there's room to "optimize" it would probably require taking on more risk.

100% agree. I assumed they’d sell out immediately with the popularity of the assassin. It appears I was wrong.
I would say their last minute price increase was a smart move. It reduced demand, which can be a good thing. No sense selling more than you can make. It's just as bad as making more than you can sell.

They sold 40,000 in inventory

No doubt they aren’t struggling as a small business. Definitely wasn’t trying to push any buttons here. Just an observation on the Ambush Platform, units in stock, and how quickly they’ve sold in association to other saddle hunting specific products and their launch.

Relatively very few guys even know what an Assassin is.
I think this platform will sell much better next year once the reviews start showing up on YouTube and guys start saying that a bigger platform is more comfortable. There's a lot of new guys saddle hunting this year and they'll be trying to figure out how to get more comfortable and will assume a larger platform will do the trick.
