Anybody know of a saddle hunter get together in Michigan for new saddle hunters?
 
We had one back in May over in battle creek.
Was a good time.. Lots of guys in Michigan here. Where are you at? What are you looking to try?
 
I’m in the thumb area . Caro. I’m looking to try a noble system that will work for us old guys. I have my saddle and a edp trophyline platform coming. I hunt private and state land . Private I can use pre sets. Thanks and Be blessed
 
The Amsteel Guy and I were chatting at the Mobile Hunters Expo recently and tossed the idea around to host an event at his place in Saginaw. If there's interest, we might be able to pull something off in early September.
 
I might be Dano. Go down to Karmanos next Moday for lab and blood work, been off all med's for 2 months now, hopefully numbers still looking good and I get the green light to get back into public more. And most important the ok to be up in a tree this fall :--)
 
I'd definitely be interested in another get together this year @DanO. I have a buddy who's expressed an interest in getting a saddle and it would be good to let him sit in a few and see what he likes.

Hopefully not the 18th, the Mich tree climber competition is that day and the next on Belle Isle, and Saluting Branches is the next Saturday.
 
very cool, new to saddle hunting and still a little lost on which one to get, I'm in Oakland county and would like to meet a few guys and try some different saddles
 
If you are doing one somewhere in SE part of the state i'd be happy to join and demo as well. I am located in St. Clair County near Pt. Huron. There are a couple other members out by me as well who i'm sure would be happy to help demo and participate.
 
If there is one before the west michigan meet up I'd be in. The 25th of September is Ohio's opener.
 
Just jumped on the site, and this is a little late, but I live in Lansing and am interested in meeting up if anyone in the area is interested. With the season open now it might have to wait until after but that’s cool too.

I'm down in Chelsea. Not to far away if your looking to try something before you buy it. I don't have much. But if there is something your on the fence on, might be able to help you out. Everyone else had all the goodies to try last time.
