Modless Mod for JX3 Hybrid fitting and meat hauling

my gen 2 dont have load lifters. Thanks for the input.
My gen 3 didn't either. I bought them off the website. They should screw into any frame though. I think on maybe the older models, you may have to drill 2 holes out wider, but not sure.

out of stock on site.

I also require a lot of water, carrying 3 quarts is heavy. If i am hunting close to water sources I started carrying a Sawyer water filter. They are made for hikers weigh close to nothing and do a good job of removing the bad stuff.

I normally start with a quart and refill as day goes on. I carry Nalgene bottle and one of the Sawyer bags.
One of my hunting buddies when I lived in AZ would set up caches before the season. He'd stash a few gallons of water and an ammo can with emergency supplies in the more remote areas he was scouting. He was never more than a mile from a cache.

I prefer to stay hydrated, but if I'm just sitting in a tree I'll moderate my water intake to minimize how often I have to pee. I'll slam water in the truck, but only carry a Nalgene and a Powerade with me. Both are at the bottom of my pack, so I'm less likely to drink because I'm bored, but will be able to hydrate when I need to.

I didn't care for the bulk of the waist belt, so I'm trying this:

You can see a similar swing and miss for me in the modification thread I have going.

The two fixed points behind you with the belt outside the frame don’t allow it to spread load evenly. It might work if you’re a big wide fella.

Exo hip belt for the win. On the inside of the seat back frame.

I may have to end up going that route, but I'm trying everything I can to keep that mesh. I find it helps cushion and spread load. I'm not a big guy, but my hips do fit the 11 inches between those pads fine.
