I started gathering a saddle and other "kit" last year but this was my first all in sort of season and I have almost exclusively been in a saddle this year except for a few ladder stands and ground sits. October 28th I sent an arrow away that killed my first saddle deer, a nice PA 8 point and I am pretty tickled with the way it went down. I hope everyone has a great season, I still have a bunch of tags to fill in NY so it will be a fun November up there. Still a few days of archery bear season left here and I have some in the area, so I'm out after them till the end too.
