My Satori, Should i worry?

Got my Satori. Pulled the limbs out of the sleeves to check them over. On the bottom limb near the tip is this "bump". See pics.
The more I look at it the more I think that some liquid they used for the tip dripped down the limb, hardened and then got painted.

What do yall think? Do I need to call 3rivers tomorrow and get it replaced? I tend to think it's okay. TIA.

I would send 3 rivers the pics and ask them.
They have been great to work with in my experience.

Just my opinion, I’d say it’s okay Buttttt I’d call and get them to fix it. You paid good money for it and it shouldn’t come like that. Idk how long you waited to get your bow. Ik some stuff takes forever to get rn and it sucks. I just feel like someone should make it right for you. A bow/gun is sentimental to me. When I buy one or the other I look them over like crazy for stuff like that.

Yep. Call and replace. Possibly an air bubble in the finish and there are many ways this can occur. Either that or someone got crazy with the spray on finish. Either way probably cosmetic only but I’d still get it replaced.

I called them and they asked me to send the pictures, and explanation, and I told them I wanted a replacement set of limbs. Oh and a shipping label to send them back.

It looks like cosmetic but if you bought it new expecting a good bow both functionally and cosmetically it should be fixed. They had to see that both at Hoyt and 3Rivers before it was shipped.

I would get ahold of him. It's a brand new bow. You should be happy with your purchase and not have any concerns.

I got an email from a 3rivers inventory control specialist. they want them back. And they generated a ups shipping label for me. So back they go. Thanks guys for the support.

Update Tuesday: I got an email from 3rivers. They received my limbs and shipped me a new set today...good folks.

The new limbs came in yesterday and are flawless. 3rivers has great customer service!
Now for setting up and tuning!
