Did a search and seems to fit the bill being codura.
Its lightweight and I can pack the predator inside with One sticks strapped on the outside.
? Is it a quiet pack !!
 
Picked one up @ Public Lands for $155.
Awesome pack with the predator inside the laptop pocket and one sticks lashed outside.
Zippers and codura not loud.
Good layout for extras inside and on the top of pack 2 zippered pouches.
Stratus Vest,Jacket and incinerator hand muff fit nicely inside.
