Just wanted to say hi. I’m new to this saddle thing but I’m already learning a ton from this site. I’m from California and cut my teeth on Blacktail in the B zones. Now I’m in Missouri and getting into whitetail hunting. The past two seasons my mobile setup has been a summit viper but now I’m wanting to try saddle hunting. I hunt mostly public and like covering a lot of ground so I’m excited about a lighter/more compact setup.

Welcome from WNY! My eldest daughter lives in Joplin.

Lake of the Ozarks
Don’t know if you turkey hunt or not, but there’s a ton of CORE land around those all those lakes , it’s not a ton of acreage in big chunks but rather long skinny pieces ( it’s great for covering a lot of ground & looking for hot birds) plus you might find some great deer travel corridors

Welcome from Wentzville Missouri!!

Wecome aboard from Virginia. Loved my viper, but not as much as shedding that weight. Good luck!
