I’ve been wanting to post this thread for some time so I’m glad I’m finally able to let you guy’s know about a new saddle that just hit the market.
As many of you know @JCLINE84 as the Knaider/Swaider guy he is now making saddles.
He reached out to me to try out his single panel design and get my thoughts.
I had became friends with him over the years from the forum we had traded gear and talked gear a lot so I was happy to try out his saddle.
I was totally blow away with his quality and attention to detail.
I myself over time have came to like a two panel design for comfort and ask him would he consider making me a custom two panel design and on his garage floor we started putting ideas together on making a two panel design more user friendly and easier to manage.
With this design it’s basically three

saddles in one it can be used as a single panel or opened up a few inches more like an expanding pleat or opened all the way up into a two panel design.
I went on back home and the next day I get a picture of the completed saddle and it was exactly what we had talked about.
I couldn’t wait to try it out and I knew it was special the moment I set into it. At one point testing it I actually had to reach down and make sure it was still on me it walks in that well.
To explain this saddle in words it walks in like a single panel design with the comfort of a two panel design.
The web site should be live very soon with more information and @valerio024 will be doing a video review in the days coming.

I own a couple of his single panels. They are built with the highest quality I've seen in a saddle and I've owned a bunch! Jamie cares tremendously about what you are wanting when he builds one, and to me that speaks volumes as to the kind of person he is. I've come to get to know him over the last month or so, and I probably won't ever own another saddle on the market! Top notch!

Great design.

Is the main body 1.75" webbing? If so, could you make it with these instead of the metal rings if they were shipped to you?

Are the rings you are using from parachute industry or something similar (and therefore tested/rated)?

What buckles are you using? Is the female side of the waist buckle sewn, dual adjust, or held in place with a triglide?

I think the wider the webbing for the main body, the more comfortable and forgiving the saddle is. Wide main chassis webbing and a solid body (no mesh) makes the most comfortable base for a saddle. (in my opinion, and I could be wrong)

Fusion d rings are rated. Raptor buckles on waist and legs. Right now I’m using triglide to keep the waist buckle adjustable to center. It adjust on one side so I can sew it on the other if needed. And yes if you want those rings we can work it out.

Great, you aren't cutting any corners it is obvious. I hope you sell a ton, and maybe one to me.

Couple of his saddles that we got to try out today. My little boy has been wanting a saddle since i started 3 yrs ago and Jaime built it to our specs. They are absolutely the best saddle ive sat in yet. He was all smiles when he got to test drive it today. Thanks again for the craftsmanship and detail you put into these saddles!!!

Guys this saddle is incredible. If you've followed my YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/c/SaddleHunting) at all you know that I've tried a pile of different saddles. I spent all fall testing the all current two panel offerings extensively and love the comfort (both while wearing and walking) and adjustability that they provide. But in my opinion each has downfalls. When @JCLINE84 mentioned to me that he was making a two panel saddle I was excited. He is known for building top notch products and this saddle doesn't disappoint. I think it takes care of most of the downsides of the current two panel saddles. First off, the saddle wears in well and doesn't hang below your butt giving you that bunchy diaper feeling. The way the panels attach together and deploy, as Jamie highlighted in the video, takes care of any panel sag and makes returning the panels to their "starting position" effortless. This is by far the most versatile two panel I have used. When the panels are "together" it wears much like a single panel. But then you can expand the panels in so many different ways. You can bring the upper panel up into your lower back like the Method for great support or you can put both panels completely under your butt like a swing, which is what many guys are doing with the Recon or ESS. Or you can pick any position in between. The D-rings can be used, especially while leaning, to adjust pressure and they do so easily. To me this saddle has all the benefits of a dual panel while retaining the ease of use of a single panel. I think it's going to be a home run.

I guess we can’t ask @JCLINE84 directly anymore unless we’re in the vendor section but can someone chime in with when we will know more?

The website is live right now, https://www.overwatchoutdoors.net/, and you can contact Jamie directly through there. I will be posting a full video review of the saddle to my channel later this week. That should hopefully give you a good luck at the saddle and its features. Let me know if I can answer any questions.

The webbing on the back that holds the panels together/adjusts....is that 1" wide flat webbing?
