Thanks for the quick reply. Bummer there is not going to be a size 3 for the heavier guys.
A can make a size 3 but I would need to build one up and test it for fit on above 40” +

I appreciate that. I currently use a kestrel flex size 2 (up to 46”). I wear size 44 waist, but my actual measurement at the waist (below love handles) is 45-1/2.
I don’t want to possibly interfere with your launch, but I would definitely be interested in a size 3 that could go up to about 46”. Please let me know. (PM is fine) if/when one would be available and when I could order one.
Thanks

Maybe you could extend the waist straps ?? Not sure how they’re put together tho
Not that easy to just extend the waist belt (which will also need to happen)
The frame has to lengthen which determines where the D-Rings set on your body.

It will be some time before I could build this up due to my work schedule but I will try to look into it more
The panels on a size 1 and size 2 are the same it’s the webbing frame that’s the size difference but going above 40” wide I feel the panels would also need to increase in size.
I would need time to work on that design change and test.

I had stopped making the double bridge loop design and went back to a D ring setup but recently built another saddle with double bridge loops and changed a few things up and I really like it .Did you ditch the double bridge loop design or am I not looking in the right spots?
I would REALLY like to try that out!
Worked on a single panel saddle today with the adjustment straps
to make it walk in like my two panel saddle does and it worked great.
Much easier to build and I like how it turned out.
