New saddle release

I had stopped making the double bridge loop design and went back to a D ring setup but recently built another saddle with double bridge loops and changed a few things up and I really like it .
I’m going to build another with a larger bottom panel and I think I may have a winner so far I’m impressed with it

Are you getting tired of me pestering you for one of these yet?

I'm still hoping...

:yum:

I have a double bridge saddle built and it does actually what I wanted it to do and that’s transfer weight evenly across the four webbing straps even down to getting them all the same tension on each one but the average guy isn’t going to set there and fine tune it for every situation and every move.
That’s where a two panel D ring saddle design shines it’s just simple and for the most part self adjust itself.
What most don’t realize and I didn’t either early on but a two panel saddle has a small window for size and it’s very important where the D rings set in relationship to your body for comfort.
To big it’s a sloppy mess with no bridge length adjustments to small and the webbing pulls into the hips because your individual body size wants to set the position of the D rings when they are loaded.
Get outside the window on the small side it will try to cut you in half get on the big side and you will feel like your swimming in it and not use it.
But get one fitting perfectly and you will understand how close the Anderson sling design was so many years ago we are just making it more user friendly imo.
