New saddle.

I gave feedback to you before that it didn’t look like you had much overlap and stitching holding your main webbing loop together - hard to tell from this latest pic, but it looks like you only have 2” of overlap. This saddle does not look safe to me. What strength calcs and testing have you done? I am feeling uncomfortable hearing that these saddles may be for sale to people…
 
Still building them.
I cannot speak for @drew13 but I believe he’s saying that your overlap of sewn inches are barely 2”… then he’s addressing your SPI as well as your number of passes. I am not telling you what to do, as you are the man selling them. I just want to show you what I think drew is saying so you understand. Also I suggest you do some patent searching because the top and bottom linesman continuous loop is patent pending. If it is approved you’ll owe the patent holder money for using this design. Just trying to help you out because I know you would do the same for any of us
