hi I live in columbia sc and im very excited about learning from you all. This Sept. I started my journey of hunting, still hunts (mainly scouting my hunt area) and I was able to get within 10 yds of 2 bucks, and 3 does the week of oct 25-28. oct 25 Im sure The 1st deer I shot was the biggest Buck in SC I could literally throw a rock at this guy he was so close. For maybe 30sec we just locked eyes, so after I shook off my disbelief I shot 3 times. I continue on with info I got by not running after him at first and then following blood trail. For the next 3 days I looked everywhere, that's where I ran into the other deers. The next thing I tried was putting a strategy together based on info from the tube, and the woods. I walked over 100+ acres now I have my focus area with trailcams. Im late but here I am.
