Is the sling comfortable

It’s the most comfortable setup I have tried to date. It blows away any single panel designs I have used.

Single panel refers to the entire supporting structure as being one piece. Kestrels, Mantis, TL,... they are all one unit that support you. So the panel can only move up or down as one piece. Some guys are always struggling with the saddle either being too low, or too high (riding up the back) and they can only adjust it (up or down) as a single unit. It seems that there is always a trade-off.I keep hearing single panel saddle? WTH are y’all talking about? You mean like a single layer like the flex vs the double layer of the Kestrel? Or you mean single panel like one piece? Just curious about this new “it” word
See you in a tree, Ricky

But a sling like the Treehopper Recon, the Anderson, or DIY Raptor have two units to support you and they move independently of each other. The bottom can be pulled down almost to the back of the knees (in some situations) and the top can still stay around the lumbar area of your back. And both sections can be moved to almost any position in between those extremes. The level of comfort that the variety of these positions offer is hard to describe, and hard to understand until you actually hang in one. I love mine.
