Hello everyone! I just got approved to be on the forum!! I’ve been hunting for about 30 years now out of stands. I’m currently piecing together a system for one sticking. I love the idea of it and having the least amount t of stuff on me when I trek into the swamp. Super excited to soak up all the knowledge and wisdom from you all! I live in GB WI.
 
Welcome from MD!! Plenty of info here & a great group if you have questions. One thing to consider if your gonna climb & drop a rope out of the tree is going it in the water…. Typically the marshy stuff we hunt is waders or hip boots in. But typically can find a hump of dry stuff to climb descend from. Not sure about your spots….
