Just want to say hi and this is an awesome site, I’ve learned so much just from lurking and finally signed up. Looking to get into saddle hunting because the Summit Viper isn’t getting any lighter. I hunt public land and want to be more mobile. Wish I could try a saddle before I spend all the money but I’m sure I’ll like it. I also now use a crossbow because of a shoulder injury. Looking forward to learning a lot, thanks for reading my post and have a great day. Can’t wait for fall to get here. Adam

Your hunch is absolutely correct. Buy once, cry once. I promise you will not regret it. Like zero percent chance. Hunting from a saddle completely changes the game. Buy it now so you can get used to everything with plenty of time before opening day. 2 cents, spent
 
Think I might go with the Tehrd Phantom since they are having a sale. How accurate are they on size. I’m between 36-38 but don’t won’t to be undersized when wearing cold weather clothes.
