Noisy ammo dump pouches - problem solved

I bought a couple surplus ammo pouches to hold my ropes. They worked great, but the cordura was very noisy. I have some extra camo fleece laying around, so I hot glued a fleece cover over the cordura. Worked awesome! Super stealthy now!
 
Great idea... hot glue sticks to fabric pretty well too

I live in davison and can't find army surplus stores like we used to have
 
I bought a new dump pouch for my saddle and paired it with an old pouch I have had for a couple years. Night and day difference between the noise each makes. After break in they will quiet down a bunch. Never as quiet as fleece but tolerable.
