Folks, it's with a heavy heart that I've made the tough decision to not attend. My wife has Covid-19 symptoms now. The soonest I can get us in for testing in Hall county is next Thursday, and the results take 2 to 3 days to receive. If, by some chance, I get my results early Saturday and it's negative, I'll come on up late. I was REALLY looking forward to this, but I can't in good conscious attend with unknown Covid-19 test results dangling. I'd posted about this meetup in the GA Saddle Hunters group on FB, and I'll update that post about my attendance and reason. Ya'll have the time of your life and enjoy yourselves. Take pics/videos so I can somewhat experience it.

I would really like to come and be a part of this. It’s my first year saddle hunting, and Calhoun is not far. I’ve got a pole barn to build over the next few weekends but if for some reason we are done or not working that day I’ll be there too

Alright guys getting close! Here's a couple of points, and let me know if yall have any more questions.

-planning on starting at 9am, but ill be there by 830
-I'll have a big cooler with waters, but everyone needs to bring whatever snacks/food you think you'll want or might need.
-if you're interested in shooting the 3D course, remember your bow!

Address/location is in post#1, if anybody needs specific directions you can pm me and we'll work it out.

My cell# is 770-380-5481, if you get lost on the way or have any other questions feel free to hit me up

Here's a quick map for once you get off the main highway - turn off of highway 52, then once you hit the dirt road in the trees itll be your first left (should be a sign that says "archery range"). If you go strait you'll end up at the river canoe launch.

The highlighted green area is the archery range.

Hey, I'd like to throw the soft camo hat back to be up for grabs for others that can attend. I was able to get tested last Saturday, and when I commented, I thought I'd have results by this weekend, but it's looking like I won't have results in time. If I do, I'll be there. I can get a hat from DanO later.

OK, no posts yet about today's shenanigans, so I'll go ahead and predict that ya'll met @MapleRidge95 and saw his LWHC setup, and now you're home plotting and scheming to get one of your own. That's what happened to me when I met him.
