Your adding an extra tether. Might as well ditch the sticks, and 2TC.....

I am using a BIG BOB one stick.
Tether serves also as rappelling rope
Lineman rope

The weight is very minimal
The improvement in safety is worth it.

I need to look at my other gear to reduce the amount of crap being carried.

I like how simple and streamline the F4 is, but more expensive and seem more complicated then the Safeguard would be a big turnoff to most who consider the Safeguard the standard.
