This is year # 10 in a row and probably my 14th trip here. I’d rather be at Ft Stewart ;) At least it’s via Emirates Airbus 380. I will be at the bar ....

I’m a software engineer, been so for about quarter century. Most of my colleagues are of Indian descent and many are here on visa and others are based in India. I figured as much. I'm work as a product development engineer for a large aerospace corporation. We have a large design center in India and I am all to familiar with phrase myself (must admit I find myself using it once in a while myself too:)).
 
My mom was born there and my grandparents lived there for 54 years. I visited my grandfathers best friend there for a few months and I have never heard this term. You learn something new everyday.
