Been a while since I have been on the forum. I hope everyone is doing well.

My sister in laws gave my wife an OkJoe Bronco for Christmas. We got it out together and cooked the Christmas turkey on it. I was amazed. Since then I have cooked beef short ribs, chicken, brisket, a pork butt and baby backs on it. Very easy to use.
