I have not been diligent during this challenge. Would have thought I would have lost a couple pounds. Been gutting the interior of my parents house an the last 2 weeks of knocking plaster off the walls swinging hammers my arms traps an neck are feeling the burn. I have been really good about not drinking pop. That has helped in the past losing weight just going to have to put some more effort in to this
Nice! I dont have any numbers for you yet @bigjoeA little bit of a loss for me. Working on the keto and fasting. I can tell I have lost some, just because of the way a certain pair of pants fit.
Nice progress!Weighed this morning 284.2
I almost have my super model figure back. LOL
Couldnt agree more. I came out of the gate gunho and watching the numbers obsessively. Body has been paying the price since Saturday. Apparently, there is such a thing as "to much" loss, and that drug down the immune system. Im staying with the new eating habits but slowing the workouts moving forward.great work guys! i just want to comment on something. bigjoe hit the nail on the head. to many people get caught up in the numbers game. i am guilty of it too. try not fixating on the number. if pants or clothes are fitting better, looser then you are on the right track. there is going to be ups and downs, plateaus. since may i'm down 60 lbs but the scale hasn't moved in awhile but i am wearing clothes that i haven't worn in almost 20 years.
we live in a time when everyone wants the quick fix but slow and steady healthy weight loss will benefit you more in the long haul.
looking forward to the outcome.....
