Lmao that is a mental image I did not need

I am feeling better and my clothes are fitting better

But still seem to be stuck Around 230

My ideal is to get to 200
I am thinking that might be a long shot at this point but still pushing through

I want to lost another 5% body fat. My motivation is going to be that once I get there I’ll buy my new pack for my elk hunt this fall. The elk hunt was the motivation for the first 120 pounds I lost .

I'm just joining this thread and I know I didn't start at over 250, but I thought I'd give my input. Started in January at 242 and currently at 228. I have been trying to be consistent at intermittent fasting, which I did in my college years. It is the carbs and snacking that gets me. Overall, I'm happy with my progress and my goal is to get down to 205ish.. I'm 6'1" for reference.. Good job to everyone else so far!!

Social Distancing has put a halt to my weight loss. No gians, but nothing dropped in the last 2 weeks. Im blaming it on the coronavirus...cause it couldnt be me not getting of my ass...

I did get a used treadmill going over the weekend, and the adjustable dumbells showed up! So, hopefully I can get remotivated!

Hows everyone else holding up? Im feeling kinda svelt, so I tried on a tube top...not there yet.
