One size fits most. I can make a larger one if you think you would need one. Might offer that as an option if things go wellAre they sized or one size fits most.

I just get them close. It really doesn’t make a difference. They aren’t holding much weight, they just hold the panel in place. When you go to tighten or loosen them they tend to stay in sync. If one is more loose than the other it has slack in it. You pull til there is no slack and they’re in sync. If that makes sense. What I do is loosen them a lot and position the panels. Then just take the slack out of them and they stay there.Looks awesome! Couple of questions after looking at it, what happens if you don't adjust each strap on the back to the same length? Probably doesn't make much of a difference if they aren't adjusted exactly the same I am guessing, as long as they are close? And, will the leg straps be removable?

If you want to use something else just find a yard of it and send it to me.Are you offering any other camo besides the Bottom Land and Multicam ?

The craftsmanship is incredible! Looks and feels very well made. Out of the gate this thing was extremely comfortable In the back yard for about an hour or two. I actually had a hard time making it uncomfortable. The bottom panel adjusts very easily and the orientation of the panel strap pulls the pressure away from the hips like a
It’s not only comfortable but secure. The leg straps give me the security I like from rated leg straps but don’t get in the way like I experienced with other 2 panel saddles.
One thing folks were wondering about and that I also noticed was once I put it on the d loops did contact the leg buckles. They just seem to be at about the same length and sit right next to each other. I had a similar situation with the evo. I added small sections of tire tube and stretched it over the d loops. No clanking. Don’t let this dissuade you, this saddle has some true potential.
In briefly communicating with @JCLINE84 its my understanding that he is looking for easy solution like a small cover or neoprene sheath to offer with the saddle to silence the d loops before you get it.

I don’t think the D loops are ever going away because they are such a big factor in the comfort of the saddle. It’s no wonder that all the arborist and professional work suspension saddles use them, they just work. They are great once they are silenced. I like the cover better than wrapping in tape of some kind because it doesn’t hinder the adjustability of the d loops or the bridge.
I will Hunt out of it this week and provide an update after a 4 hour sit.
I actually tried that a while back. I just liked it better the way they’re done now. And honestly it’s just that I like the way it looks more. They functioned the same way both ways. Basically all it does it flip the saddle upside down. Doesn’t change the operation.@JCLINE84 sir I posted this on the other thread announcing your product but wanted to see if this could be done to your design if ordered.
“If you place buckles on Bottom panel and have straps attached to top where you pull up to close gap and press down on buckle tabs to open I would think the overlap would be easier. Anyway just a suggestion to improve a great saddle!”
That’s where I landed also. Didn’t see the need to overlap panels because when it’s adjusted to the closed position it’s basically a single panel saddle. 8 hours into a sit and still comfortable? That’s exactly what I was hoping for. Thanks for the update. Also what are your measurements and thoughts on sizing? Should it be bigger or smaller? Always curious about ways to make it better.Alright fellas I’m following back up. I’m still in the tree but I’ve sat in the saddle since this morning so about 8 hours so far. I’m really pleased with it. I Had to adjust at about the 4 and 6 hour mark. I’ve tried a couple different combos which it allows you to do easily.
with this saddle I feel like you’re getting the self adjusting and the absence of hip pinch you get from a Recon with flipped panels with the additional adjustability and security you would have from a kestrel or flex. Like I thought it’s very similar to the evo but upgraded. It’s light weight and wears well on the hips walking to the stand. It’s not bulky like the evo so that’s also a plus. The straps the hold the panel are easy to adjust and work as intended.
I didn’t have an issue of the saddle twisting in my hips while using the lineman’s loops. The legstraps are comfortable and don’t get In the way.
I know there was talk of way to overlap the panels but I’m not sure why you would want to do that or what you would gain. All in all it’s a great saddle with the best features of a couple different saddles.
I’m a 34 waist and I thought it fit me perfect. That said there was still lots of belt and leg strap available for a bigger dude. I can’t really tell if different sizing would be needed for bigger or smaller guys. That’s where I landed also. Good luck with that. LOLFollowing with interest! I'll probably be attempting to buy one of these! HAHAHA!
