Pack for Carrying Predator

Thats awesome. Have been looking for a small pack just for the predator. Thanks for the pics!

If you dont have the clips connected, can the predator slide out? I was wondering if you unclipped those at the base of the tree and could just pull the predator out when needed. That would be slick!
I would say yes if you clipped your haul rope to it, and unbuckled it you would be able to pull it out. As long as the pack is sitting up.

A predator will also fit into a superday (a little snug but it does fit) or in the outside of it nicely.

I carry mine inside my superday. In the laptop/hydration bladder pouch inside the large compartment.

On shorter hikes in to known locations I wear my saddle in and attach the predator to the molly loops in the back with a nite ize S clip. I have to attach my bow higher up on the pack so it doesn't clank but works well and when I reach hunting height I simply grab it and attach to tree. Other than that its so dang small it fits easily in all my packs.

Mini sticks with a 5 step aider on the bottom stick were my go too this fall, i fit two sticks on each side of the pack under the straps on either side of the platform. I’m a long legged 6’2” tall so i can easily get to 20’+ with four sticks. I plan to continue to use them for spots less than a mile from the truck or if I might need to set up in a tiny or severely crooked tree. I’ve recently started practicing a hybrid of ninja’s aider method with g2’s method of an aider plus WE steps with the goal to be able to climb with just a 5 step aider and predator platform. First couple tries worked great just working out the kinks in my process, should be great to only need those two things for both a climbing method and platform.
Video and, or description when you get time. Thanks.

Does anyone use a fanny pack that can fit the predator? I'm looking at Fanny's with shoulder straps? Like the Badlands monster or others. Can anyone who might own one check to even see if that is a viable option?

I have a Badlands monster and I don't think it would fit. I will check tonight. 90% sure it won't though

The predator has many rough spots and numerous edges/points that get hung up on stuff but also add to its functionality. For this reason, I've decided that I'm not going to put it in the main compartment of any of my packs. It is simply too difficult to get it in and out of there without pulling out half of my other gear in the process.

Several packs have slots or open pouches on them that work great, or you can attach it with molle loops or compression straps on many packs. I've been experimenting with carrying my predator messenger style and it shows promise. That's the beauty of the Predator, almost any method of carrying this thing is very easy bc it's so dang small and light! Thanks Tethrd!

Got my Predator in the mail over the weekend, awesome product, been giving it a try the last couple days in the yard. In order the carry the predator in Ive decided to try the Badlands Ascent pack. That model has a different bow carrying mechanism that from the pictures looked like it would actually fit the Predator platform in it perfectly. Well the pack arrived also it it looks like it’s going to work very well, attached is a picture I took this afternoon. I plan to give this setup a good hike this weekend on a post season scouting trip and will report back. Thought I’d share as a potential carrying option for other Predator users.
I’m running a 5.11 24 and bungee on the back it works perfect and easy to get off quick
