Myself, Jamie, and a couple of buddies from work went pheasant hunting in the snow last weekend. Everybody had a good time and shot some birds. I think temps were in the single digits with 6" of snow.

Wild pheasants? It’s been years since I’ve seen a wild one. I heard one a few times a couple years ago but never laid eyes on it. I miss hunting them.
 
I wish they were wild birds but we don't have the habitat this far east of the Mississippi. We hunted on a preserve that brought thee birds in from somewhere else. They still tasted good though!
