These are great for hanging a hammock. Larkshead your Amstel continuous loops to them and then tie off on the the opposite side with your webbing from the tree. They provide a nice water break so rain can’t run down your webbing and in to your hammock. The hole also allows you to hang your pack by jamming a stick through the haul loop on top.
Not sure I would trust them at 20’, though. I have managed to deform a couple and I only weigh 210# and don’t hang at less than 30* angles.
