I’m personally rooting for the asteroid. The odds are much higher than people think. The reality of catastrophic impact 13k and 11.5k years ago are rapidly being uncovered now. As Randall Carlson once said, “We’re a sitting duck in a cosmic shooting gallery.”

My money is on an asteroid, super massive coronal mass ejection, or nuclear fall out from power plant failures.

I wouldn’t count on nuclear power plants ending the world. There aren’t enough of them to do that. The two shining examples of nuclear failures were Japan and Russia. Russia did nothing to maintain there’s and ran it even when knowing conditions were unstable. The one in Japan was caused from a massive storm and they have tightened their safety protocols for power generation during storms to prevent it from happening again. That asteroid though…. The scary thing is that it wouldn’t even need to be a huge asteroid to cause enough dust and sediment to block out the sun or destroy our air quality. I definitely place that high on the list of potential world ending theories

didn't vote, because i think it's a none of the above/ combination that's going to do it. climate change, superbug, and warfare. and part of me thingks that also we may have a mass reduction event but not a full extenction. humans are crafty.
