Not sure how to word the title, but anyway. I'm wanting to buy some light poundage limbs for off season practice. Currently shooting a warf/frankenbow/qwarf, whatever it's considered now, bear black bear riser, sage 55# limbs, 340 spine golt tip trad 30.5", 100gr insert, 200gr head, and 28"ish draw. Tuned this set up last year, got it flying right, love the way it shoots.
Was thinking about getting some 30 or 35lb limbs and building up some arrows, but not sure what spine to use with the proper insert/head weight to somewhat match the trajectory of my current hunting arrows. Any insight or suggestions? Maybe get a speed off the hunting rig and build an arrow to tune to that speed?
