I chose 3d but it's more of a 3d cutout. Morrell foam targets are hands down the best most durable target, I have ever shot. The one I am currently shooting is a little more than 2 years old and shows some wear but still stops my broadheads with no pass throughs. They are very much worth the money and will last you!

I have a to of stumps right now. Big ones. Wont hurt my arrows?
I would never shoot my arrows into a stump. First off they would be pain in the ass to get out and secondly they would really wear on the arrows and probably break some. I prefer layered foam target due to longevity and ease of pulling out arrows.

Judo points. Yeah, some arrows do get wrecked but its rare for me.
Gotta break some eggs to make an omelet.
Stump shooting is just what its called...it doesn't mean you shoot stumps strictly.
It'll teach a shooter a LOT about arrow behavior in a hunting situation.

Gotcha. Guess I'm a little sheltered in the stump shooting terminology lol. I would agree about the arrow behavior and learning to shoot in hunting situations. My standard is to practice out to double the range I would ever want to shoot while hunting. Makes 20-30 yarders feel like chip shots after shooting 80-100 yards

My favorite archery target is a 150", 275 pound whitetail!
Seriously though, my favorite "target" is a stump, or anything else I care to fling a judo towards. I rarely shoot at a "real target". Stump shooting is a blast and its great practice for the real world.
Did you say 275#? Our deer down here in East TX are like big german shepherds 180# is a donk!

My favorite is a home made one that cost almost nothing. I take a 100 lbs corn sack and stuff it with old worn out or out grown kids clothes. I get the sacks with the corn I buy for the critters in the back yard and the clothes would just be thrown out when the kids are done with them anyway. I fill the sack so the clothes are packed in tight. Then just close it with a zip tie. Can shoot it for years and thousands of time. When time to make a new one, just throw the old one in the trash. Just don't shoot a broadhead into it! Haha

I shot out all my 3 D targets so I put a sand pit in. Works great but hard to move around...

I have a rinehart broadhead buck that is going on 4 years of year round shooting and I have never changed the insert and it is still in fine condition. It was a blem that I got for over half off on Camofire. When they pulled it from the mold a chunk of the hoof came off. I dont shoot it with alot of broad heads but it has surpassed expectations taking 500+ gr arrows from 65-70 lbs. There was a torture test done on this target in outdoor life magazine that sold me on it.
