Pressure canning venison

Archery season is over, so with successful hunts comes a bounty to be enjoyed. Canning up 6 quarts of cubed venison, (2) quarts with salt, pepper & just a little Franks hot sauce, (2) quarts Teriyaki style & (2) quarts Korean BBQ.

Can't wait to enjoy these on those cold winter nights. Next up, ground venison vegetable soup.

My wife does too, we do alot of different things with it. Even made a spinoff of a Primantis Bros. sandwich with it. Italian bread, canned venison, KFC style cole slaw, tater tots, slice or 2 of provolone cheese and some hot sauce. That there is some good eatin' boy.
