Anybody have a particular brand that they find works best in their cameras? always use energizer max AA's but thinking about trying some rechargeable ones. Do they last as long? mine will usually go a while on the tactacam reveal but it would be nice to just switch out already charged ones. some cheaper ones on Amazon but i dont know if theyre junk or not...

Rechargeable Batteries for Cell Cam

I may be wrong but I think most camera manufactures recommend that you don't use rechargeable batteries in their cameras. I know since I put Lithium batteries in my cell cams I've had no problems at all. One camera has been out since February and still shows 99% battery life.
After discovering 18650 flashlights I've been eagerly waiting for someone to come up with a trail cam that runs on them.

My cam says 99% and then it goes right to 5 lol. I usually get a good 4 or 5 months out of em but it all depends on how often its going off.
I really like Panasonic eneloops. Having kids we long ago stopped buying batteries. They last quite a long time and cold weather doesn’t really seem to bother them. I have the black hi cap and the white and the hi cap do seem to last longer
