Recommended stick carry with a meat hauler style pack

yup.. they extend out quite a ways and they reach with the pack completely full and with the sanctuary bibs in the meat shelf.. i actually also have the MR extensions but I got those back when i built a holster for WE steps.. but i was thinking about adding those if I start bringing filming equipment or anything.. MR purposely flipped the orientation of the buckles from one side to the other so you can bypass the pack and use them as compression straps.

I've been in the market for a meat hauling pack. I bought an Eberlestock X2 earlier this year but wasn't totally thrilled with it. I just ordered the 28 but my biggest worry was how to attach my stick to the pack. I like lashing it to the outside for quick easy access at the tree. The picture you posted has relieved some of the worry. Here's my current non-meat hauling setup for reference. I hope to utilize the same concept...

Nice.. yeah if you strap a one stick with a UP on top you'll have even more room... forgot to mention that I carry my Predator platform in the meat shelf as well.. so I have that and my bibs in the meat shelf.. jacket in the bag... and sticks on the back of the pack... i typically go in with 3 sticks and aiders but I'm probably going to end up dropping the aiders and going in with 5 sticks.. much simpler climbing and only a total on like 9 lbs of sticks

For those with a meat hauler style pack, Kifaru Stryker XL, MR Popup 28 etc., how would you recommend carrying your climbing sticks and platform? I'm a one-sticker and just strap it to the outside but with harsher weather coming and potential for carrying sticks and bulky clothing, how are you guys carrying all this in with a meat hauler style pack system??? Pics would be the best. Thanks all.
I tuck my layers in the meat shelf and put my stick and platform between the pack and the sherman pocket. I wear my RCH and my fleece saddle and gear rope/back up tether are in a nalgene belt pouch on left hip. Rappel rope/main tether is in one of those bottle pouches @Red Beard used to use(from EWO). That's on right hip.

Mystery Ranch Popup 28. First lite umcompharge 2.0, mid layer on top of that, binos/rangerfinder, and beanie stuffed in main pouch with room to spare. Grunt tube, gloves, headlamp, extra release or ammo depending on season, and snacks in the lid. Front pocket has spork, lighter, paracord, game bags, and first aid kit. Bottles of water in side pockets. Havalon knife and blades on the left hip pouch, Springfield hellcat in the right hip pouch. Wingman one stick on the front with compressor straps.

I use to carry my shikars and predator platform on the meat shelf before going to one sticking.

Popup28, I use a cut down helium with the platform on it for one sticking. I’m sorry I don’t have a pic of it but I put it in the meat shelf and the top stand off “clips” between the Popup bars, the platform ends up above my lid. Makes it annoying to get into the lid.
Been searching for something better, got a lwcg fix and 3 of the 14” doubles. This fits in the meat shelf nicely but I just can’t bring myself to go from 4# with the one stick to 8# with the lwcg setup. I’m getting rid of the 14” doubles and going to try a single shikar I think.
